While she says the service is great she has had some concerns that i would like to address before hiring your company to clean several different rental units i have around the SL valley as they become available. The number one convern is my friend has had things come up missing...nothing big...simple things like food out of the refrigerator or cabinets, her own cleaning products and/or supplies and office supplies from her office for the most part. She has never said any thing ad prefers i keep her name confident but isnt sure she will use the service again after having having things come up missing all 3-4 times she has used you and she lives alone in her house so no one else has access. Now while my units would empty and anything left behind would be up for grabs missing items is not a concern for me however I would like to know I am dealing with an honest company. The other main concern is every time she used your service it was always different people that came to clean and they were always Hispanic and spoke with a very heavy accent. While I am not biggoted or racial against any race in way in fact my family originated in spain. I would like to know if you can provide proof of green card or the legal right to work in the united states for your employees. I think i have a right to know the full name and citizenship status of anyone accessing my personal property. I also would like to know if you provide back ground check information on your employees. Most cleaning services do as the homeowner or business owner cannot always be present while your people are in our homes and offices with access to personal information and property. So if you can provide full names, proof of citzenship or right to work and background checkk I would like to offer you a great deal of money to clean rental units i own over 75 houses, duplexes,3 and 4 plexes through out the SL valley and always have at least 3-5 units per week that need cleaning to be rerented. Please let me kno thank you
